How does the membership work?

Flippin’ Awesome Coaching is a monthly membershi pprogram.

The cost of $49 per month is automatically charged to your card. You pay for your membership in the prior month. For example, if you sign up in December, your first month of membership will be January. You will have access to the bonus materials immediately upon signing up, and will get access to the Monthly class when the month begins.

Is there any kind of guarantee?

Flippin’ Awesome Coaching is a monthly membership program.

Yes! And it’s BOLD! If you do this work, your life will change for the better. Period. Here’s the catch– you have to give it effort, practice, and time. At least a full year. But here’s the deal… If you sign up and decide this work isn’t for you and you don’t want to keep working with Amy, you can cancel your membership at any time. This is not in your best interest, but it’s absolutely your choice.

AND EVEN BETTER…If you stick with the program the entire year and do all the work and your life isn’t waaaay better than when you started, simply send back all 12 completed monthly workbooks or downloadables and Amy will give you all your money back for the entire year!

How long will my membership fees be charged?

You will be charged every month automatically until you cancel your membership. You can come and stay as long as you want, there is no monthly obligation. We recommend at least a year in the membership so you can receive most of the tools and get the best results for your athletic experience. If you are paying on an annual plan, then you will receive an email reminder a few days before your next payment is charged.

Do I need to give notice to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by hitting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your payment page. If there are any problems, please email [email protected]. It can take up to 7 business days for the cancellation, so be sure you are not scheduled to be charged again within that time frame. If you are charged within those 7 days, then you should expect to be charged for that month, but not for future months. Please note if you cancel and then choose to return, you will be required to return at whatever the rate is at the time you choose to return. Also, to be eligible for the Elite Calls, you must be enrolled continuously for at least 12 months.

Once I cancel, do I still have access to the months I’ve purchased?

Flippin’ Awesome Coaching is a membership (like a gym membership), you have unlimited access as long as you are a member. If you cancel, your membership is disabled at the end of the last month you paid for, and you will no longer be able to login to the membership site.

When will my access to the site and coaching calls end?

You will have full access to the site, coaching calls, and all online materials until the end of your paid month.

How do I access to the content?

You will get access to the content as soon as you sign up for the program and you will continue to get future content each month. We will cover all the topics over the period of the year and they will also be archived for you to access at a later time if you are not able to get on each call live. While you are a member, you will be able to download some content as well.

How do I make sure I know what time the call is in my time zone?

From the calendar on the current month page (CLASSES > MONTH) you can add the call to your Google Calendar. The time zone will be automatically converted for you by Google Calendar. You can read more here. You can also use this Time Zone Converter.

If I miss a call, is there a way to listen to it later?

Every call is recorded and the replays are posted soon after the call has ended. Just check out the content page to find the archived calls.

TECHNOLOGY FAQ’S

How do I update my password?

To update your password, click here to go to the lost password page. Make sure you use the email address that you created your membership with.

How can I get coached live?

During the zoom calls, I will let you know when we will start the live coaching. You will see a button to raise your hand on the bottom of the zoom app. You are welcome to bring any question to the live calls. There is no question too big or small and we can all learn from being coached and listening to others be coached. You can also post your questions in Ask Amy to get help. These questions are anonymous, and will be answered within the week of your post.
