                       Confidence vs Fear

GET OUT OF THE CHALK BOX

 

In life and sports, everything we do and want includes confidence. There are 2 extreme emotions:

1. You are extremely confident and nothing stands between you and your goals.

2. You are extremely fearful and use that fear to allow you excuses and outlets to blame for not reaching for goals.

I figured out the crucial reasons I couldn’t change …the methods that nobody ever taught me before.

How to feel discomfort making changes, but also how to feel discomfort not making changes.

I have learned that in order to move forward, there will always be discomfort.

In order to move from fear based life to a more confident life, I must be willing to feel discomfort.

I understand that confidence doesn’t mean I feel good all the time.

I understand now that fear doesn’t mean anythings gone wrong.

I now get out of my own way and quit telling myself all the stuff that kept me from doing what I knew I needed to do.
